PUR Oslo specialises in organic, gluten and dairy free healthy eats. In this course you will participate in making some autumn dishes with mostly local produce. We will introduce and teach you how to make two autumn desserts – one raw and one baked as well as a main course and salad.
The course’s main theme is an introduction to learning some of the tips and tricks to making a nutritious meal using seasonal and mostly local ingredients. Recipes included as well as a sit down dinner.
Everyone gets to participate in making the meal. One of our organic, fresh pressed juices will be served with dinner. Guests are welcome to bring wine.
