PUR Oslo specilaizes in organic, gluten and dairy free healthy eats. In this course you will participate in making our autumn sprouted quinoa salad. We will introduce and teach you how to make our new autumn raw pumpkin dessert.
The course’s main theme is an introduction to learning some of the tips and tricks to making our sprouted quinoa salad and raw dessert. Nutritional information and ways to make tasty gluten and dairy free foods will also be discussed. Recipes included.
Everyone gets to participate in making the salad and dessert. One of our organic, fresh pressed juices will be served with salad and dessert.
